Just like the need for transportation and food, users have become accustomed to quick and convenient ride-hailing and food delivery services. Our customers also want to create a healthcare service that acts as a bridge, connecting users with nurses in a more convenient way. The goal is to make the appointment scheduling process simple and seamless, allowing users to easily book appointments with nurses through a mobile app.

The customer shared their perspective on the potential and desired features of the product.
The customer noticed that there is a need in their area to contact and schedule appointments directly with physicians, which could be useful for patients or their family members who need medical care.
Research methods:
Existing tools like MindMaster and Miro have limitations in providing truly dynamic and data-driven mind mapping experiences. Users often feel restricted in expressing their ideas.
Based on customer feedback, requirements, and insights, the team discussed and confirmed the key features for the first MVP release.
The MVP satisfies two main criteria: the ability to quickly create mind maps with a familiar UX, and the capability to perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) without needing to import data into Excel.

Problem Statement: Patients booking appointments through our healthcare system frequently experience difficulty finding available time slots that match their schedules, leading to missed appointments and decreased patient satisfaction. How might we streamline the appointment booking process to offer more flexible and convenient scheduling options for patients?
Business Requirements: The requirements for the MVP have been outlined with the main user stories (which were developed in the Discover phase).
There are two roles that need to be developed simultaneously: Customer and Nurse. It is essential to agree on a style to ensure design consistency and to optimize the effort for the Dev team.
After conducting research, it has been observed that certain flows in booking apps have become familiar to users, such as search, map interaction, and booking. Therefore, the internal team will discuss and use this information to create an intuitive and streamlined flow.

Wireframe & Prototyping: For this project, the client wants the team to provide a demo using wireframes so that the client can visualize the layout, UX, and basic flow. Since the MVP does not yet include many complex features, the team is focusing on rapid deployment to achieve the fastest Testflight version (with a one-week deadline to demo the prototype via Figma).

This approach was intended to guarantee a consistent look and feel throughout the app, as well as to provide a solid foundation for maintaining uniformity in future updates and revisions.
Collaboration: This is an exciting project targeting a client base that is relatively new to me, though the workflow feels quite familiar. With the support and teamwork of the entire team, we have collaboratively analyzed, planned, and tracked progress daily, ensuring that the output meets the client's expectations.

Impact
The team delivered and packaged the product on time. After a week of bug fixing, it was successfully released on the App Store and Google Play as scheduled. The client also had all the necessary materials to proceed with their pitching as planned.

Reflection
This was my first experience working on a healthcare application. Although there wasn't much time for research and no opportunity to interview real users, I gained a broader perspective through insights from the client.
There have been significant improvements in UI/UX, with valuable feedback leading to a more streamlined and implementable user experience.
Booking is a flow that seems simple but is challenging and commonly found in various products. Through this project, I learned additional tips and tricks to enhance my UI/UX skills.
